After a thorough wash and preparation, the cedar was carefully re stained to achieve consistent colour and coverage across all elevations. The work was carried out by hand to preserve the natural grain and character of the cedar, with close attention to detail around windows, doors, and exposed areas.

The result is a refreshed, well balanced finish that enhances the home’s appearance and provides lasting protection in Lake Hāwea’s alpine conditions.
