Powder Room Wallpaper Installation

This Lake Hāwea project involved the installation of a detailed feature wallpaper in a compact powder room. The space required careful planning due to tight clearances, multiple internal corners, and existing fixtures, making precision essential from start to finish.

We began by preparing the walls to ensure a smooth, even surface, then carefully measured and planned the layout so the pattern flowed naturally across each wall. Each drop was cut and positioned to maintain consistent spacing and alignment, with particular attention paid to corners, edges, and transitions around fittings.

The wallpaper was installed using a paste-the-wall method for maximum control and adhesion, allowing for clean seams and minimal disturbance to the pattern. All joins were gently rolled to ensure a flat finish without stretching or marking the paper.

The result is a subtle but character-rich feature that adds depth and personality to the space without overwhelming it. A great example of how precise wallpapering can elevate even the smallest rooms when done properly.
