The owners of this Albert Town holiday home needed work they could trust from three hours away. Moisture had gotten into the window frames causing paint to flake and timber to split, the front door stain had broken down, and the deck needed a full restain.
We scraped back all loose paint, sealed the split timber, primed with oil, and finished with a premium exterior sealant at all frame junctions. The door was removed, sanded to bare timber, and re-stained from scratch. The deck and outdoor furniture were prepped and restained throughout — with regular photo updates keeping the owners in the loop the whole way through.
